
Weekly Classes
Every practice unfolds as a mindful journey: beginning with a grounding meditation, flowing through intentional sequences that strengthen the body, deep stretches whilst pausing for moments of stillness, and closing with a meditation to settle your mind and energy.
I guide you to move slowly and intentionally, encouraging a deeper awareness of posture and alignment, and allowing you to be fully present with each breath and each movement.
The focus is never on pushing or striving, but on listening, softening, and moving in a way that nourishes your whole being.
Each class is a gentle, grounding fusion of Pilates, yoga, Yin, and meditation - thoughtfully designed to bring together strength and softness, movement and stillness, body and mind.
Within each session, you can expect:
• Gentle yoga for mobility and flexibility
• Pilates for deep core strength, posture, and stability
•Yin-inspired holds for deeper stretches and nervous-system regulation
• Meditation woven throughout for clarity, grounding, and emotional balance

These small, considered sessions are designed to feel calm, grounding, and deeply supportive - a weekly moment to strengthen and stretch.
Online Classes (Women Only)
A gentle, intentional space created specifically for women to move, breathe, and reconnect from home.
• Mondays - 7:00am & 9:30am
• Wednesdays - 7:00am & 9:30am
• Fridays - 7:00am & 9:30am
• Saturdays - 8:00am
Each online class is spacious, grounding, and guided with the same level of care and attention as my studio sessions.
All classes are kept intentionally small for a calm, refined experience.
