As a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Yoga Teacher, I blend strength work, mindful movement, meditation, and somatic practices to create a holistic approach that meets you exactly where you are.

Whether your intention is to release stress, build strength or reconnect with your body, these sessions are completely tailored to you.

Sessions are available in the comfort of your own home, from my home studio in Battersea, or online

Each session is adapted to your goals, lifestyle, and daily energy - offering a calm and supportive space for:

Inner Work Coaching

We begin with a grounding check-in to explore your progress, emotions, and intentions - shaping the theme and tone of the session.

Personalised Movement

A bespoke blend of Pilates and yoga, adapted to how your body feels that day.
Expect mindful strengthening and mobility work.

Deep Stretching with Yin Yoga

A slow, meditative closing practice that targets fascia and connective tissues while soothing the nervous system.

Personalised Meditation

A guided meditation and visualisation written specifically for you and anything you’re working through.

Journaling Prompts & Affirmations

You’ll receive personalised prompts and affirmations to deepen your inner work between sessions.
