We go beyond movement. Through Pilates, yoga and meditation, I help you reconnect with your body and mind
My Story
I was first introduced to meditation when I was a child, I have memories of my mum playing Louise Hay cassette tapes as I fell asleep and later taking me to workshops and retreats where we were guided through journaling and other self development practices.
As I grew up and entered a demanding corporate world in event management and travel and lifestyle consulting, I continued to study meditation more deeply, immersing myself in books, courses, workshops, and teachings on positive thinking, emotional awareness, and the mind-body connection.
These practices supported me through every chapter. They didn’t just help me cope, they transformed the way I lived.
They showed me how your life can change when you choose to observe your thoughts rather than get lost in them, a reminder that we are not our thoughts, we are the awareness behind them.
This transformation is what inspired me to step away from the corporate world and devote myself to teaching.
I went on to train as a yoga teacher (Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin) a personal trainer, and later a Pilates instructor, bringing together everything I had learned to support others in finding peace, strength, and self-awareness.
My background in event management and luxury travel and lifestyle consulting now weaves naturally into my work. I have an intuitive eye for detail and design, allowing me to create thoughtfully curated events, workshops, and retreats.
I am also available for private bookings and collaborations offering bespoke classes in Pilates, yoga, meditation, and journaling to create a deeper, more meaningful experience for your guests.
My teaching style is gentle and calming, a unique blend of yoga and Pilates, beginning and ending each session in meditation to create a deeply grounding experience.
Whether we are moving or simply resting in stillness, my intention is always the same: to help you find balance in both your body and your mind.
I invite you to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself - in class, on retreat, or wherever our paths meet.
Love, Bex ♥
